I hated this idea when i first heard of it,But i think it might be good What they have said you are paying for are the maps so far.If you get alot more content and its cheap i might get it,I buy new games play them for a day or so then thats it,I would rather pay abit more for a game i enjoy.

i see a day coming very soon when battlefield will overtake cod in online gaming.it bothers me more that they've produced shit cod game after shit cod game since cod4 and they seem to think its ok to start bringing in additional charges even though the games are blatantly flawed and not up to par.i wouldnt mind as much if the games were consistently cod 4 standard but there not and instead of bringing back dedicated servers for the good of the game would rather save money and have the cheek to tell the gamers to pay for dedicated servers.

Dice are apparently making their own version of call of duty elite but for battlefield free however there is one big difference...

i agree it looks awesome. But charging a monthly fee for it when were already paying £40+ for the game and for xbox live, if other games take this on i wont be able to afford gaming untill after uni ><

I think what they are saying is that you can pay monthly for all these features and all the dlc which will be free if you have a premium account of call of duty elite, and i think it will be cheaper than all the dlc prices put together
