Think the settings need a bit of tweaking but good start, took me a while to get the settings right, but think I've eventually nailed them.
Also moved your post into here, this is the section we post the capping in

what settings do you have, so i can adjust, but i think it is the connection, as my TV picture has ghost's, and double letters etc, ill have a new tv by Feb, HD, but i will try mess with settings.
