If you want to raise enchanting (i am) do the quest for Azura at Azura shrine, and you get a Black Soul Star, which is refilable, get soul trap on a wepon, and every time you kill a human you get there soul at (grand) level, 1 time use but you can keep refilling it. BUT YOU NEED SOUL TRAP ON A WEP AND IT HAS TO BE EMPTY!
